I know. I know. As a business performance coach and entrepreneur who's running many businesses simultaneously, I'm all for systems and operations. It's the only way you can take complex, overwhelming tasks and make them simple and easy to implement.

And then there are social media…

The ability to use social media to regularly engage potential clients, build an audience and express your YOUniqueness is a critical skill to nurture, refine and continuously improve.

But here’s the issue - being successful on social media is not just posting pictures and sharing interesting articles or videos - there’s both a methodology and strategy to follow. Keeping up with the daily changes can be overwhelming at best.

I know this all too well, and after 10 years of building my brands online, I still have days where I throw my hands up and shout, "Are you kidding, me?!" But all hope is not lost!
